HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CLASSES

 

Who should attend and Why?

  • First time Homebuyers
  • To learn about the homebuying process
  • Recieve a Homebuyer Education Certificate upon completion

(must attend full session)

Class Topics Include: Budgeting, Savings, Affordability, Credit, Working with a Lender/Realtor, How to avoid predatory lending practices, & more!

Pre- Registration Fee: $10 (covers: refreshments, lunch, & materials)
