Homeownership Fair Vendor Registration Form

NOTE: THIS FORM IS FOR TABLE VENDORS ONLY!

Tables are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Set-up will start at 8:30am.

Vendors MUST check-in at the registration table. Sharing tables with multiple organizations is NOT allowed. Fees are quoted per organization.

All registration forms/fees must be received by October 22, 2011.
