AAAH Foreclosure Counseling Intake Process

To expedite our counseling process, the AAAH Intake Forms are now available on-line. The AAAH Intake Package includes the Borrower Counseling Application, Loan Information Sheet, and Monthly Income and Expense Log. The complete Intake Package must be submitted to the AAAH office 48 hours prior to your counseling appointment. Forms may be emailed to info@aaah.org, faxed to 503-595-3519, or mailed to AAAH, P.O. Box 11531, Portland 97211.
