Who should attend and Why?
- First time Homebuyers/Current Homeowners
- To learn about the homeownership process
- Receive a Homeowner Education Certificate upon completion (must attend full session)
Class Topics Include: Budgeting, Savings, & Affordability, Credit, Working with a Lender/Realtor, How to avoid predatory lending practices, & more!
Material Cost $25: Includes: Refreshments/Lunch – Everyone Welcome
