For Oregon homeowners needing support to navigate mortgage challenges and avoid foreclosure.

  1. Expect difficulty making future mortgage payments

  2. Are currently delinquent on your mortgage

  3. Are in an active or expired forbearance

  4. Have received an Oregon Foreclosure Avoidance letter

  5. Are currently in the foreclosure process

HOW TO SUBMIT INTAKE?

  1. Completing the online intake form

Please complete the online intake form to begin the Foreclosure Prevention Counseling process.

After submitting your intake, review the Application Checklist and gather the required documents:

  • 2 months of paystubs (or SSI/SSD award letter or P&L statement)

  • 2 months of complete bank statements

  • Most recent signed and dated tax return

  • Current property tax statement

  • Utility bill for proof of occupancy

  • Current mortgage statement

  • Signed and dated hardship letter

  • Valid photo ID
