Eligibility for the Home Retention Emergency Repair Program requires residency in specific Portland zip codes: 97216, 97220, 97230, 97233, 97236, or 97266.

Income Verification:
Option 1: Upload your supporting documents to our Secure Dropbox.
Option 2: Mail documents to our office: 825 NE 20th Ave, Suite 100, Portland, OR 97232
Option 3: Bring documents to our office and ask an AAAH staff member to assist you.
Our normal business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
After receiving your completed application and supporting documents, a Program Coordinator will call or email to discuss next actions. These may include assistance with project management, financial assistance (up to $1,000), and help discovering resources.
