AAAH's Pre-Purchase Counseling provides first-time homebuyers with personal one- on-one support through the homebuying process and develop steps to become successful homeowners.

Foreclosure Prevention Counseling

AAAH's Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Program supports homeowners in navigating the complex process of foreclosure.

Homeownership Asset Preservation

The Homeownership Asset Preservation Program (HAPP) is a service for qualifying homeowners to protect homeownership and transfer wealth between generations.

Home Retention & Repairs

AAAH's Home Retention Program is supported by Portland Housing Bureau and provides homeowners in SE Portland and Lents Neighborhood access to free services. 

Power to the People PDX

AAAH's newest program, Power to the People PDX, provides a multi-service approach to promote energy-efficiency, climate justice, and green energy adoption among our community to mitigate the threats posed by the ongoing climate emergency.

Water Leak Mitigation

The Water Leak Mitigation Program provide repair & replacement services for active freshwater leaks for Portland Water Bureau customers.
