Homeownership Program
AAAH's Homeownership Program
Provides HUD-certified housing counseling, resources, and support to first-time homebuyers in Oregon. A first-time homebuyer is classified by HUD as anyone who has not owned a home in the last three years. The Homeownership Program empowers future homebuyers to feel confident in their understanding of the homebuying process. Our counselors work with future homeowners to develop strategies that are specific and unique to the client - no matter where they are starting from.
